JML Roofing and Maintenance was registered in the year of 2005 as a close corporation Company, which has founded by Mr. Johan Strydom and whose Business activities were limited to Building only. Since then our services extended to
- Full roof requirement including Trusses, All roof sheeting, Painting etc. with various services related to Building and Civil Construction. Through our extensive task history of constructing ventures we have developed a Customer Service Business.

Johan Strydom Managing Director
Founder and Managing Director of JML Roofing and Maintenance. He brings along a wealth of experience, gained since 1985 in the Building Industry, working himself up from an apprentice to a qualified Builder and Fitter. He has an impeccable record and knowledge, with a vast experience in Project Coordination, Planning and Management. He's a great Negotiator and is responsible to secure and concluding deals and contracts for the Company, and overall Managing the Tendering process on behalf of the Company. Mr. Strydom is responsible for the overall running and well-being of the Company.
Louis Visser General Manager
With a Project and Construction Management Diploma, Extensive knowledge and eleven years work experience in Construction, and with his professional expertise he is undoubtedly an invaluable contribution to the Company. He has a key role in ensuring that all Company Standards and Procedures are met and cost contained to the required levels in line with the work carried out. He is currently studying towards a Civil Engineering Diploma, Certificate in NQF6. He is hands-on and hardworking, and a highly motivated person. His Personal Integrity is unquestionable.
Melodie Strydom Administration Manager
She has a Financial diploma, with 18 years’ experience in Finance and human resource, Admin and Report Writing. She's got great Analytical and Communication Skills. Her positive work ethics, humility and open-mindedness abilities, makes interacting with colleagues and staff members easy and open door policy becomes a living reality.
